Our MissionWyoming Energy Council, Inc. (WEC) is a non-profit organization incorporated under the laws of the State of Wyoming. The former Albany County Energy Council, Inc. was incorporated in 1980 and changed its name to Wyoming Energy Council, Inc. in 1996. Headquartered in Laramie, Wyoming, WEC also has a branch office in Cheyenne, Wyoming and serves all of Albany, Laramie, and Carbon Counties as well as the Eastern Shoshone portion of the Wind River Reservation.
