Weatherization Assistance Program for Low Income Residents
The Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) is a federal program for eligible low income individuals. It is a program designed to lower monthly utility costs by making homes more energy efficient and more comfortable at no cost to the client. Apply through the Low Income Energy Assistance
Program - LIEAP.
