About Wyoming Energy Council, Inc.

Wyoming Energy Council, Inc. is a private, non-profit corporation  headquartered in Laramie with a branch office in Cheyenne.  

Our mission is to promote and further the conservation of non-renewable energy resources and the development of renewable energy resources.

Weatherization Assistance Program:  Weatherization is a federal program for eligible Low Income individuals (those who qualify for LIEAP), that is designed to lower monthly fuel cost by making a home more fuel efficient, lowering fuel usage, and make the home more comfortable at no cost to the client (click here to learn more).

Wyoming Home Performance Alliance:  The Wyoming Home Performance Alliance is a voluntary initiative that allows Wyoming-based energy utilities and developers, government, education, and private-sector organizations to publicly demonstrate their commitment to encouraging Wyoming residents to take control of rising residential utility costs by using a comprehensive "whole-house" approach to make energy-related improvements (click here to learn more).
